We accepted the challenge. We wanted to measure ourselves against the revolutionary E61 and create a machine which could, in its own way, become legendary.

WHERE INNOVATION BRINGS A NEW IDEA OF CONTROL

New Faema Thermal System
The new FAEMA GTi thermal system guarantees both high-precision infusion and perfect coffee brew-time regulation. Its independent coffee boilers allow baristas to set the machine up for a wide range of different blends and specialty beverages, which translates into a more extensive coffee menu.

Manual mechanics or digital control
The FAEMA E71 gives every barista the choice: manual mechanics or digital control. This is the new era of the coffee machine, characterised by a wider range of possibilities to express talent, no matter what the situation. With the E71, the entire coffee brewing process is placed squarely in the capable hands of the barista. For one cup, or a hundred. Moreover, a "self-learning" mode is available: each touchscreen button can be programmed by running the coffee brewing cycle manually. The sequence will be memorized and repeated to perfection, step by step.

Energy-saving features
In addition, the new machine stands out for the special attention dedicated to its energy-saving features. With daily energy savings 40% higher than in standard models, the FAEMA E71 has proven its sustainability and efficiency, in full respect of the DIN 18873-2 regulation.A versatile product, it is the perfect expression of technology and tradition, of practicality and design.
